[wpcol_1quarter id=”” class=”” style=””]I believe that a photographer is one who has the eye of an artist to discover the extraordinary in the ordinary things of life. So I ventured on my journey in photography and the first wedding , I documented, got me hooked on to Wedding Photography and thus began my journey as a Documentary Wedding Photographer.
When it comes to [/wpcol_1quarter][wpcol_3quarter_end id=”” class=”” style=””][/wpcol_3quarter_end]weddings, the couple looks for a fitting venue which would add a touch of the fairy tale element making their big day truly memorable and transporting them into an aura of magic, which has to be far from the madding crowd and everyday living. One place that has really got the modern conveniences fitted into an antique exterior would be the Ettington Chase Hotel just about 6 miles southwest of the beautiful town of Stratford-upon-Avon, immortalised by the ageless playwright, William Shakespeare. Professional wedding photographers in Warwickshire would agree with me on choosing this place for one’s big day.
The Ettington Chase Hotel is set in 11 acres of lush parkland and beautiful gardens. The most natural photographs of the couple can be captured in settings with sheep on the meadows typical of the glorious English countryside. The traditional manor forms the main building reflecting its Victorian character. It holds behind it some of the more modern buildings, although all the important suites and executive rooms are in the Manor House itself. There are a total of 15 meeting rooms. The Library can be transformed to become a charming room for civil ceremonies. Another venue for a civil ceremony which lends itself to beautiful photography is the Bronte Suite. Ettington Chase is beautiful both by day and night. It offers a lovely backdrop to photograph to photograph the wedding party. A summer wedding can also be held in a marquee erected for the purpose. Adding to the festivities is the dance floor and a Reportage Wedding Photographer finds he can click fascinating scenes of cheerful abandon on the dance floor. Photographs come to life with people whirling to music.
The balcony in the front of the manor can have the couple emerging to wave to the guest and makes for fabulous photo opportunities. On the other hand, a Warwickshire Wedding Photographer like me uses the balcony to take aerial shots of the guests gathered below on the grounds. The effect is truly marvellous with the rolling countryside in the background.
The wedding package at the Ettington Chase includes a master of ceremonies, a red carpet welcome, a co-coordinator of the wedding, a three course menu served on lovely classic table linen in white. The cake stand and the knife will also be provided as also complimentary tea and coffee. The catering can be entrusted to the in-house kitchen staff who can dish out mouth-watering fare be it regional, traditional or international. Asian weddings are also held here.
Among other things I gained from my experience in wedding photography is the ability to innovate and integrate my creativity with the available backdrops. Backgrounds can really change the entire mood of the picture and this is why I put great emphasis on choosing the perfect location- I think Ettington Chase is a complete package offering all elements which make up the perfect wedding photography.
