Wootton Park Wedding Photography

This wedding took place at the AMAZING Wootton Park in Wootton Wawen in Warwickshire. I have been here once before and it was just as wonderful as I remembered it! This is one of the venues where the guest can really relax and enjoy the acres of outdoor space. As the bride and groom, you can really treat it as a blank canvas and paint your wedding all over it. For this wedding at Wootton Park, the couple painted a village fete, but with a real competitive twist on proceedings. I have been to MANY, many weddings where they provide lawn games for the guest to amuse themselves with. These games tend to get tinkered with throughout the day, but nothing too serious. Well…..at this wedding, the guests were all split up into a few teams and they all competed on several village fete style games. There was welly wanging, coconut shy, three-legged races to name a few. Having the competitive element meant everyone really went for it…and I mean went for it. There were even tackles going in during the bean bag race! For a wedding photographer looking on, this was absolute gold! I loved every minute!!
